I'm sure that everyone who received a card from E41/OK1DTP is happy, but probably none are more happy than I. After reaching the #1 spot on the Honor Roll in the early 90's, I became inactive for many years and missed many new countries that came into being during that period, including E4. Or at least I thought I had missed E4. After several frustrating years waiting for E4 to again become active, I found, during a log search, a contact with David, E41/OK1DTP, in the 1999 CQ WW CW Contest! Seven years after the QSO, David's father and QSL manager, Jiri, OK1TD, quickly provided the necessary confirmation. Thanks David and Jiri!!
